Hello Everyone, well! we finally made it to Maipu (a little south of Mendoza city). We hope to get some work done on the camper in 2-3 days time. After that, we will head slowy towards the Chilean border. Once we have got into Chile, we head directly north to Peru to find a nice spot where we can view the Dakar Rally.

Most places are closed tomorrow, if we are lucky and manage to get internet access, we will update our blog in more detail covering our travels over the past 3 days from Buenos Aires along with some new photographs.
The weather is very hot here, the hottest we have experienced in a long time. The car has got us here so we are delighted, Jan is planning to have a few small jobs done on it before we cross the border.
